News: Those Who Fear have broken up
Somehow, I missed this! Those Who Fear have called it quits. They did it so suddenly, barely anyone had time to report it. They announced that they would play their last show at Facedown Fest 2017, but did it a week before the festival, if that. The band released their third album in December, titled State of Mind. The album was great, and I think they could've (or should've) rode out the momentum for a little longer. There weren't many reviews of the album, but I thought it was great! In other words, Facedown lost two bands in one night! ICYMI, Your Memorial also called it quits. Actually, Your Memorial is playing another show and releasing one more record, but after that, they are done. That will leave 14 bands on the label, if more don't break up. 13 if you don't count The Burial, who haven't done anything since 2013-2014. Maybe Facedown will sign some new bands this year. I hope they would sign Fleshkiller, Ole from Extol's project, which now just so happens to have Elisha Mullins of the Burial. I realize now this has nothing to do with Those Who Fear anymore. Those Who Fear, I wish you guys the best in your future endeavors.
