"Let There Be Light" is essentially a audio file reading of the first few verses of the Bible. It for some reason is a very powerful track. For me anyways.

"The Mirror That Hates" is a brutal track! It has a very thrashy intro and then the thrash dies out to death/doom sounding song. It even incorporates some hard rock rather than heavy metal! But there is some of that as well. Vocalist/Rhythm Guitarist Gideon Kartsen did a brilliant job on his Vocals! I hear a mixture of bands such as Project 86, Zao and Deliverance in this song.

"Seven (Part 1)" starts with FTU's amazing sounding Guitars. Guitarist Mitch Pearson and Bassist Ekard van Tonder do amazing jobs with their instruments! So amazing those two mixed! Not to discount the other two members who are just as talented. The band could be a new hard rock act if they are marketed a certain way! They are that good!

"Fractured God" features Robyn Ferguson of Adorned In Ash. The intro of the song basically states the band's problem with organized religion. But nonetheless they have stated that they are a Christian band. More Cowbell! (You'll find out what I mean). The song has a death metal tinge to it! Drummer Craig Palmer does an amazing job on the drums! With his additional percussion, it adds a Living Sacrifice flare to it. This album is legit and they have amazing talent, but the crazy thing is that there is about 14 tracks and many of the songs are over 4 minutes long!

"Sermon of a Dying Atheist" starts with an acoustic guitar, an soft electric guitar and some orchestra and later Kartsen's clean vocals. The song seems like a post-metal sounding song. They sort of sound like Evanescence. The song has a goth metal touch for some reason in my mind.

"Burning of the Last Bible" has a very heavy, I mean stupid heavy, intro. 'He came to set us free. The desecration of Revelations'. Forfeit Thee Untrue has the title of best album of 2016, in my book so far! This song is definitely one of my favorites in this album. Near the end the song has a digital and folk tinge.

"Lucifer's Lullaby" is a slow song all the way through. But it's decent. The song is essentially talking about the Devil luring Christians from the Truth. The song, musically, is essentially the same as NYVES and DRYBNZ.

"As The Wicked Wander" is my favorite song! I'm especially lucky cause it's on here twice!! It incorporates Viking Metal, Metalcore and Noise metal. Viking Noisecore! 'These are the shackle by which you are bound! Welcome to the cross which you never found!' Oh, I forgot to mention that the song features Brandon Pratt of Red Heaven, who I'm unfamiliar with.

"Cradled in Black Arms" is the first song I heard by FTU. And let's say, it got me hooked! Another favorite! The whole song both musically and lyrically is amazing! The song has a kind of breakdown and it's awesome!

"The Dagger Held by Mary" is a slow and melodic song. Or at least for a second! I swear, this band could be the next big thing! They already played for the South Africa Grammies. Or whatever it was called. I can't remember. It was the equivalent to that.

"Black & White (In a World of Grey)" has some Symphonic elements. This is also a favorite of mine. This song also appears twice! The song has some very melodic and shreddy guitars!

"Seven (Part 2)" has Ryan Kirby featured on it. I'm almost positive everyone knows who that is, but for those who don't, he's the vocalist for Fit for a King. The song has a Deathcore kinda feel. As well as a Melodic Metalcore feel when the chorus comes in. The chorus is quite beautiful and it sounds like Power metal in its lowest form. The song has a cool bridge rather than breakdown! The song is a little over 8 minutes.

"As the Wicked Wander (Alt. Version)" is essentially the same as the original, except that Brandon Pratt is not on this track and it is Kartsen doing the chorus. It is just as amazing as the original.

"Black & White (In a World of Grey) (Radio Edit) is pretty much totally different from the original. The music is the same, but there is no screaming vocals at all. Makes sense, due to it being a radio edit.

Overall: The album is amazing! It has made my album of the year so far! I hope these guys come to the states some time.
